That is a fisherman's net hanging from the tree. the bottow has little pieces of chain tied to it to make it sink in the water.(I also had four other students at the office who were not on this trip. Lo, a girl who helped clean the office, and who couldn't really speak English, but paid close attention and tried to best to begin learning. Sone and Toon, two women who attended class, and Tou, a man who didn't come to class very regularly, but was there for some of the time.)
