Touching Base

I have internet access tonight, but I am tired, and I want to go to sleep soon. So, I have decided to just write a quick entry to tell you that tomorrow I drive across Thailand in the Manual Transmition Toyota Prada (I think Prada is right the right name) with Ter (a Lao lady who works with Jay and Milka) to Mukdahan where I will spend the night, and then the next day I will take the ferry across the river into Laos. After that, I will have internet every day, and I will be able to tell you all about the last week. I am doing quite well, and I had a great time at the beach. I got sunburned the first day pretty badly, but the burn is feeling much better, and I didn’t get burned any other day. (I don’t know what happened the first day… I thought I put sunscreen everywhere—especially my neck and shoulders, but maybe Miku didn’t do a very good job, oh well) I will write more soon.
